Social Media Decentralized Autonomous Organization (SocialDAO)

The social media decentralized autonomous organization (SocialDAO) will be decentralized.

There will be a decentralized advertisement exchange. Entities can buy advertising that will go alongside hosted content. Users will have an option to pay to not see advertisements.

The SocialDAO will sell memberships to not see ads. Revenue is derived from advertising and membership fees.

The system will use a distributed cloud hosting system like IPFS, Golem, Storj, or Sia to host content and advertising.

Those that host content are paid in SocialDAO cryptocurrency, called SocialNectar (SNTR), for now. People can also mine SocialNectar.

Those that publish content will be paid with SocialNectar if their content generates advertisement views and member engagement.

Those that curate content will be awarded SocialNectar.

People will be able to ideally transfer SocialNectar to cryptocurrency exchanges to exchange it for fiat dollars and other cryptocurrencies.

The social media services provided by SocialDAO should be able to replace Twitter, Facebook, Reddit, Instagram, and Snapchat.

Steem and Basic Attention Tokens are projects that already exist that are inline with SocialDAO.

Tenqido, Aikido, Judo, Taichi, and Qigong

Tenqido is most definitely a form of Qigong. Qigong means Life Energy Cultivation. Qigong involves deep breathing and gentle stretching.

Tenqido is a martial art that is not always a martial art. Tenqido is always a form of Qigong. Qigong by itself is not a martial art. Taichi is a martial art and a form of Qigong. Aikido definitely involves some Qigong, effectively.

Judo and Aikido involve throwing people. Judo throws often involve grabbing clothing or controlling torsos and then throwing people. Aikido often involves using wrist and arm locks to throw people. Both Judo and Aikido involve taking the balance of those that you throw. In practice throws should be gentle enough so as to not cause injury. Aspects of this can be part of Tenqido.

Taichi involves forms of slow movements that emulate combat. Taichi is quite low impact, especially compared to Aikido and Judo. Maintaining health in natural ways is part of Tenqido. Deep breathing and gentle exercise can obviously be part of good health. It is common knowledge that being sedentary and obese is not good for health. Smoking cigarettes is not good for health, so not smoking cigarettes is part of Tenqido.

Tenqido involves doing that which is conducive to health and to the prosperity of all. So eat healthy foods. Either neither too much nor too little. Lift weights potentially, or maybe try doing bodyweight exercises. Consult a qualified medical professional to know your medical and health limitations. Do not exceed or ignore these limitations, since doing so may put your health at risk.

Breathe deeply. Maintain good posture. Stretch gently and thoroughly sometime perhaps. Go for a walk. Walks can be part of Tenqido.

If you are a business owner, you may likely operate it as a benefit corporation, or at least eventually a benefit corporation. Engaging business in ways that are authentically ethical is part of Tenqido. Read the book Think and Grow Rich by Napoleon Hill. Tenqido encompasses all of life, and earning sufficient financial resources is part of life. There are philosophies behind Judo and Aikido. There are developing philosophies related to Tenqido.

Anyone can practice Tenqido. Anyone can be a Tenqidoka. Read the book The Art of Peace by the founder of Aikido, Morihei Ueshiba. Tenqido is about education. Tenqido starts with improving one’s own self in anyway that you deem best. Read the book Mind Over Muscle by the founder of Judo, Jigoro Kano. Improving one’s own self leads to the improvement of society as a whole. If each person does what is possible to improve one’s own self, while attempting to enrich both one’s own life, and the lives of others, then society will improve. By practicing Aikido, Judo, Taichi, and/or Qigong, you will developing your understanding for Tenqido. Yoga can help to accomplish this too. Attempt to understand what Tenqido is, what it is meant to be, and what it can become.

Benefit corporation social media site/app that distributes most revenue back to users and/or charity

I have an idea for a benefit corporation social media site distributing revenue back to users.

This could be a Snapchat alternative to start, and then a Twitter and Medium alternative.

You could use the website and app for free and see ads. There would also be a paid option without advertisements.

Benefit corporations are a type of social structure which blends for profit and nonprofit elements.

Michael Ten Is Me

Michael Ten is a pen name of mine. I consider myself to be an artist, author, futurist, and social entrepreneur.

I have published a few short books. They include Outlaw Psychiatric Slavery: Reasons for Outlawing Civil Commitment and the Insanity Defense, Radical Life Extension: Psychological, Metaphysical, and Political Implications, and Attempt to Utilize Cryonics: Why Utilizing Human Cryopreservation Is Ultimately Desirable. They are available on Amazon.

I want to see aging defeated. The book Ending Aging: The Rejuvenation Breakthroughs That Could Reverse Human Aging in Our Lifetime by Aubrey de Grey and Michael Rae has influenced me significantly.

I want to see psychiatric slavery outlawed. In my education, I was tasked with reading some of the ideas of psychiatrist Thomas Szasz. After my formal education, I read over a dozen of his books. They have influenced me significantly. Some of his books include Psychiatric Slavery and Suicide Prohibition: The Shame of Medicine.

I have valuable ideas to share and spread. I also am interested in current events.

Cheers. Hello.

Social Media Sites/Apps That Share Revenue With Contributors

There should be a social media website and app that share revenue with content contributors. Social media sites should share revenue with users.

Medium, Facebook, and Reddit all overlap. Twitter, Facebook, Quora, Instagram, YouTube, and Reddit all have ads.

YouTube already has a program in place to share revenue with content creators/contributors.

On a new social media website/app, all ads displayed could start by advertising either advertising space on the site/app, or ads to sign up people for the service. Alternatively, users should be able to pay a small fee, and then not see ads. Eventually, there would be self service advertising on the site/app. An app like this should be able to function as replacements for Twitter, Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram, Snapchat, Reddit, and Quora.

A social media company like this should be setup as a benefit corporation. A benefit corporate structure is a blend of for profit and not for profit business models. Perhaps, eighty or ninety percent of net profits could be paid out as a dividend to content contributors.

All profitable social media sites should share revenue with content contributors/creators.

Revenue Sharing on Social Media Websites

Facebook and Twitter need to share revenue with content contributors.

YouTube already shares revenue with some content creators.

Reddit should share revenue with content contributors.

The future of social media will involve revenue sharing where profits exist.

All profitable social media websites should share revenue with content creators/contributors.

Electronic books are a form of social media in certain respects. It is relatively easy to publish a short electronic book or print on demand book these days using Kindle Direct Publishing and Createspace. Revenue sharing is built into multiple self publishing platforms.
