Become Happy or Happier

There are many ways to become happy or happier. There are many ways to enrich one's own life and the lives of others. Happiness is possible for just about all humans it seems. It seems that there is no objective decent scientific evidence that can demonstrate that any one decently human is incapable of experiencing happiness. Becoming happy or happier and preserving one's own happiness can all be quite worthwhile, it seems.

Hopefully all humans on Earth will experience happiness. Engaging in potentially enjoyable activities is one way to experience happiness, it seems. Solving problems that occur in life can be a way to become happy and/or happier, potentially. There are many ways to solve problems, potentially. All virtuous humans deserve to experience perfect happiness, it seems.

Money can contribute to happiness to a certain extent, it seems. Helping others can be a way to experience happiness potentially. Being virtuous can be a way to experience happiness, potentially. Spirituality can be a way to experience happiness, potentially. There are many ways to potentially experience happiness and have life feel worth living. Utilizing creativity can be a good way to experience happiness, potentially.

Practicing Aikido, Judo, Krav Maga or Tai Chi can be good ways to experience more happiness, potentially. Learning about self defense can potentially be a good way to preserve one's own happiness, potentially. The need for knowledge related to self defense may be unlikely to occur. However, if the need ever arises, then it seems that is good to try and know as much as possible about self defense.

There are many books on how to experience happiness, it seems. Conducting research can potentially be a means of increasing the happiness that is present in one's own life and others. Becoming educated can potentially help humans on Earth to be happier. There are many ways to enrich one's own life and the lives of others, it seems. It is quite good to become happy or happier, it seems.
